INTERNET RATE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period (48 hours prior to arrival), your credit card will be charged for 1 night. Bookings made on-line must be cancelled on-line through the website. Please note we will not charge your credit card unless your arrival is after 06.00PM on same day or if you are a no show. Bookings made online are non commissionable. The deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival. For telephone cancellations only a CNX number MUST be obtained from the receptionist as proof of cancellation. The Solo card and Visa Electron are not accepted for reservations purpose but can be used for payments on the day at the hotel. For early checkouts, we need 24 hours notice before 11:00 Am on the next day

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL ADVANCE BOOKINGS (For Lastminute and 5 days advance Booking) : Advance bookings cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. At the time the advance booking is made the full amount of the stay will be charged to your credit/debit card.
