The Kendrick Suite, seating from 80 - 400 delegates, has now been fully refurbished to the highest specification, including air conditioning, plenty of natural light, modem and data points and variable lighting making it an ideal location for a business conference in Chester and North Wales! The Springfield Hotel has one of the largest banqueting facilities in North Wales, with a selection of syndicate rooms. It is perfectly situated for easy access sitting on a junction of the A55 Expressway.
We also have smaller more intimate rooms for private dining and smaller celebrations and weddings.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
Internet Rate: Our Cancellation Policy is 48hrs notice prior to arrival. A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period (48 hours prior to arrival), your credit card will be charged for 1 night. Please note we will not charge your credit card unless you are a no show
Advance Rate Purchase: Advance bookings can not be changed or amended. When we receive the advance reservation, the reservation amount will be charged in full to your credit/debit card. This reservation is non refundable and non exchangeable. Please note: if the submitted credit/debit card is declined or doesn't authorise the FULL payment, the hotel will cancel this booking immediately
